How It Works
The process...
One of our landscape professionals will meet with you at your home to discuss ideas and measure your property and home. In preparation for this appointment, jot down any notes, ideas or questions you may have. For example: is the main function of your yard for entertaining, outdoor living, gardening? What is your style, likes or dislikes? Do you have a budget in mind? Do you want your landscaping to be as low maintenance as possible or do you enjoy gardening?
Our talented and expert staff will then custom create a design and/or plan to your specifications…taking into consideration all of the characteristics and style of your home, any unique features of your yard or location, all while keeping your lifestyle and preferences in mind.
Within a week or two, we will come to your home again to present your landscape plan and a proposal. In some cases we can also do this via phone and email. We will walk through and explain each aspect of it with you and answer any questions. We also provide you with full color photos of the plantings or hardscape materials used so you can see exactly what they look like. This is the time to review the plan, ask any questions and make any revisions to your liking.
At this time (or once revisions are made) if you are happy with the plan we’ve presented, you can contract with us to complete the installation. Once we receive a copy of the signed proposal and the required downpayment (approximately 25%), we will put you in the work schedule and send you an acceptance letter. We also provide you with an estimated timeframe in which we expect to complete your product, however please keep in mind that , the work we perform is highly dependent on weather and many other variables which can and does affect our scheduling. However, we have a dedicated and hard-working crew doing their absolute best to serve you in a timely manner.
Our experienced crew will arrive to complete your project professionally and efficiently. They are courteous and respectful of your property and your neighbors’ and will be meticulous with the cleanup. We often get comments on the thoughtfulness and thoroughness of our crew. Upon completion of your project, we will walk through with you to answer any questions or address any concerns. We can also explain proper care techniques for your new landscape to ensure longterm success.
